The Big Move

Today was the big day! Katie and Pia moved into their cute little house on the South Hill, with the help of friends and family. It went surprisingly quickly, we had everything moved over before 1 pm. It helps to have young, strong guys hauling stuff :-)

Here's a picture of one half of their living room, hard to see details but Pia turned the mantel in the Naked Lady Shrine. It's a hard room to arrange furniture, it's kind of long and narrow. But I'm sure they will figure it out (or any of you aspiring decorators out there can offer advice on how to put a sofa, two chairs, bookcases, a tv and various tables into a space with only one unbroken wall)

The twins came along to 'help', and immediately found a Sharpie. Despite dire warnings, they immediately painted their faces. Luckily, it came off with soap and scrubbing.

God you Longinotti's are such gypsies. Pretty soon you'll be stealing TV's out of hospitals that are screwed into the ceilings...true story. We thought it was dust that they had spread around they're dead kiddo as some sort of gypsy ritual, but it was just sheet rock dust from the stolen TV.

lol we do have gypsies here in Spokane so will keep an eye on the hospital tvs. Maybe sheetrock dust IS a gypsy ritual...

YOu gotta wonder about security at the hosp. If they can "sneak" out a tv how easy would it be to steal a kid? (well maybe they would want to wait for a well kid)

yeah who wants a kid who is going to require chemo? (I mean who wants to STEAL one of those)
