Since Riveria's Christmas stocking got nibbled on by the resident mouse (no longer with us, thank goodness), I knit him this cute Bear Stocking from a pattern by Annie's Woolens. It's very cute, I think!
what a darling stocking. I was hoping/expecting that Lis and Meg were planning on posting the stockings I made for the girls, but not so much now after seeing your effort (which I am sure took you a day) I also made one for Elijah which my knitting mentor failed to tell me NOT TO BLOCK, I did, it is acrylic and now about 10 ft long.
oops on the acrylic Zaides! That's ok, more room for Santy to put stuff in (it should now hold about 10,000 dollars worth of stocking stuffers). And we WANT to see your stockings, bc we are very very proud of you! You may have to get your own dang blog.
Yeah for finishing three (well four if you count the one Sue made you rip apart)! Katie and I can't wait to post our finished projects post Christmas! And Elijah will love his giant stocking, but his mom might not love having to fill big-foot's stocking!
uh, her mentor DID tell her not to block Elijah's stocking - but sometimes the ears and brain do not engage at the same time . . . hence the ripping out and re-doing . . .
Wow, between you and your sister (Sue not B, although B is getting there)...well, you just take my breath away. You gals are amazing...simply amazing. Love the stocking, afterall the sock is the best part of Christmas.

it's the process not the product, right?

the little innocent Xmas sock is where you always end up spending a small fortune. How does that happen? ;-)
Mom, I definitely need this pattern for Pooh Bear's stocking. Good call!
