Since I am actually finishing some things (the Faux Fair Isle is nearly done, and I'm plugging away on the Halloween Mystery Shawl, but it's not a portable project), I decided to start on a cute holiday project: Alan Dart's Advent Tree That green blob is the tree, which is knit in fun fur yarn. Then you knit all these adorable little ornaments and hang one each day of Advent on the tree. Gotta get at least a few done before Dec. 1!

I'm glad you clarified what the "green thing" was; I was thinking either a toupee or stripper's accessory...
that looks really cute L, let me know if I should attempt one!!!
So far it just looks like pubic hair...but maybe the ornaments will perk it up. And mom, unless you're planning on using it for Xmas 2020, thinking you should just beg L to knit you one too.
afraid it might end up with the bee suit, Zaide, it's probably not a beginner's project...and I NEVER thought I'd be knitting with fun fur again, but the tree is progressing from pubes/toupee to something vaguely tree-ish.
it does look like a vag with a huge bush.
i was thinking the same thing as meg and lis...but myabe it's the camera angle???
are you making the yarngina without me???
OMG you people. This is a sacred holiday tree NOT a vag with mega-pubes!!!! However, your super-smutty minds are making me laugh.
and I was just looking at it as a fun holiday additon for my little peanuts not some sicko body part..you people. And weren't we just talking about having alot of projects...no one said you had to finish them - give me a break.
now I'm not the expert fishing around down there trying to put tubes in womens body parts...with that said I CANNOT imagine ANY vagina looking like that, what mags are you subscribing to???
it's just because you are blond B
oh lordy this has really sunk to new lows lol. True Meg, you are not qualified to comment bc you can't tell the diff between #1 and #2 areas.
OMG, love the new low. Why does Meg not know diff between #1 and #2...did I miss something good?
