See all of these muscles? Every damn one of them is SCREAMING at me for getting so out of shape. I was hobbling around all day yesterday after our Race for the Cure. God help me if I try to run lol. Now to force those butt muscles to get out the door and to the park tomorrow for training!

Keep going, you'll get all the lactic acid back out of there and you'll feel so much better! Are you at 24 with Pia? A lot of times they have family add-on specials for $15 per month and then you could do one of the personal trainer specials too. FUN. Kip hates this about me but I LOVE to workout.
I love getting DONE with the work out. I am taking this new "body pump" class...it is absolutely killing me. You have to do a lot of weight changes on the bar, I have gotten too lazy so change so keep the same weights on throughout. Please visit me in the hosp. when I drop the whole thing on my head.
lol Zaide you are a crazy woman, and Lis ditto for you. But I did walk and push Mikey (aka Lazy Lorca) in the stroller this morning and it wasn't too paiful, so there's hope.

we have body pump classes - I KNOW I am going to drop a weight on my head one of these days - if I could only BALANCE . . .
