I gained the .4 I lost last week. Would all of you pls. put very mean comments re how fat I am and make me get my butt motivated? I'm counting on ya :-)
i think you're doing great! you know you wont lose every week no matter how good you are! what are you not doing this time around that you were doing when we did ww together? ps--text me your new cell #. ive been wanting to call you for weeks!
Hey. I just come across your blog and decided I wanted to follow because I feel like we have the same issue. I am trying to find motivation to get my butt moving. How much do you have total you are trying to lose? Maybe we can motivate each other.
I am still 54 pounds from my goal weight, so I'll be working on this for quite a while :-) And any help re motivation would be fabulous! My problem is that I can't seem to make myself journal/track my food, which I really really need to do. Not that I'm eating anything good mind you, just too much.
Ok well, I myself have about 57 pounds to lose, give or take a little. I weigh myself every monday. I am going to try doing 4 week challenges or something like that to get myself moving. I know I need to do something but still do nothing. Worry is setting in though becasue I have been having trouble with my sugar dropping alot lately. I DO NOT want to be diabetic. Journaling is a struggle as well, but I will force myself to do it and also keep track of stuff on my ipod. Do you have an ipod?
I don't have an ipod, but have a blackberry (or will as soon as I pick up a replacement for the one the dog ate). I can track with WW online, it's super easy, I'm just lazy. OK I am going to go track right now! thanks for the goose, Jessie!
If you can listen to podcasts and stuff on your blackberry, there are some that I have listened to that are quite motivational. Is weight watchers pretty good to follow? I had someone give me some old weight watchers stuff and I really think about doing it, but I'd like to get the money to join sometime. There are meetings once a week in my area last I knew.
Weight Watchers is GREAT. I recommend it, even though it does cost $. The program is sensible, gives you lots of good tools for changing eating habits and you don't have to buy any special foods or expensive programs.
I might just have to look into it. I have thought about getting the at home kit, but I'd probably do better with the support. Well, if you check out my blog tomorrow it will have my weight and goal and stuff on it.

Okay, time to join the gym and commit to at least three times per week. AND, no more BK or McD's for those kids. Subway only. :-) How's that?
