Our Trip to England, that is! I booked my ticket today! I didn't get quite as many days as we had hoped (evidently us freebie riders don't have quite as many options on dates as the paying customers), but we'll still have a good 10 days touring England. With good planning, we should be able to see plenty of sites.
And with luck, I will once again find myself shoulder to shoulder outside Buckingham palace with my girl:
And THIS time, I won't freeze, but will tell Dame Helen how much I love her and invite her over to the nearest pub.

Yay! So exciting. I think 10 days is perfect! Any longer and you'll just be counting the days until you get to go back home.
boo on the short trip, but YAY on going! SO excited!!!
I am whinging at the thought of you all tongue tied with your number one gal by your side. When you see here in December, tell her the dog poop story, in your best British accent. And if that doesn't work, so her the haircut pic of your special ed niece....that should break the ice.
haha excellent use of "whinge". must start inserting that into convos so I'll be prepared for the trip. And the dog poop story should break the ice. I feel Helen is the type of gal who would get a kick out of it.
