Back on the Program

Katie and I returned to Weight Watchers last night.  We are both sick of being fat.  And know this program works (if you actually follow it, that's the "tricky part").  So our house will be good food HQ, with no cookies, booze, candy etc for the duration.

You CAN have all of these things on WW, just in moderation.  But I'm not really known for moderation so banishment seems better for me.

good luck girls...guess not potatoe salad in your future. I am trying to begin running...know it is a great way to trim...get walking!! Wish I was there to go with you. B

I wish I was there with you as well - but I am on a walking regimen right now - that and cleaning so we can sell our house

Sell your house? AND walking? AND Running for Zaide? Things are gettin' all shook up in Bothell! And no potato salad for the foreseeable future I'm afraid. But plan to start the walking program...very soon :-)

maybe we can find a way to make a low-cal version? but i doubt it, cuz the best parts are the egg and potato... no substitute for that. boo.

those aren't really the high-cal parts, probably the mayo. I will just consider it a once a year treat~

you can use greek yogurt as a good sub for mayo, sour cream, etc...

agreed. Sorry Lis you good little vegetarian. I hate yogurt even more than I hate mayo :-)
