Another Roadside Attraction


Just in case you need a break in the Dakotas...

The most gargantuan cow is undoubtedly Salem Sue, in New Salem, ND. She stands 38 feet tall on School Hill, the only hill in sight, overlooking I-94. Sue stares intently over the flat fields that stretch to the horizon, her reinforced fiberglass skin taut and shiny.

didn't we stop at a restaurant in Montana or Dakotas that had postcards of the giant cow on the hill above their town? And NO I am not imagining that!

Elena's parents have no interest in coming to America, as they don't feel there is much in the "great works of art" dept to see, this just reinforces that image. Oh well, Florence has the "David" and we have cow tits...
