End of an Era...

I've 'retired' from my nanny-ing duties.  And I'm pretty sad :-(

I have been taking care of my boys on a nearly daily basis for five years.  They are so big now!  RJ is a totes tweener with the attitude to go with that.  The twins are their same crazy sweet selves, but at age 10, they have matured (at least a bit).  They still love playing outside, anything to do with animals, and snuggling with me in the morning (I miss that most of all).  And my Mike P. is a kindergartner now, spunky as all get out, and losing his baby roundness.

Guys, your "Wowe" misses you sooo much.  It's been a privilege to be part of your growing up.  Don't forget me and all the fun (and not so fun) times we've shared!

Laurie, its sad ... I know how you feel. I still miss those little guys, but I know they will forever remember the good times and look back and cherish the time they had with you. I know they really looked up to you when I was there. Best of Luck on your new endeavors!

Aww, sad! Hopefully you can still visit. Hopefully you'll get some grandbabies :-)

They still talk about you, Miss Priscilla, so there's hope for me :0 Meantime, I'm getting to catch up on sleeping in! And looking for likely mates for my children so they can produce some grandkids...

They were so, so, so lucky to have you daily. I still remember my days with you in ghetto-ville Lake Stevens, and how much I LOVED being at your house, just down the street. You are the best Auntie Wowe there is!
And I remember thinking you guys were really rich because your house was so big. I would die to see it now.
