TQI Last Week

I forgot to update :-)  I met my 30 lb. goal!  Everyone lost last week so hooray!

I'm almost to the halfway point of my weight loss adventure.  Geez how did I get SO. FAT.  Well, actually I know exactly how it happened.  I'm really really happy we started on this program -- it feels so good to be eating healthily and actually be able to do some physical activity.  I am hoping that my knee will continue to improve as the weight goes down.  Fingers crossed, because it's still hard to kneel or walk downstairs.

so amazingly proud. I just finished my gym weight loss competition, needles to say I was not the biggest loser. 3 months= 7 lbs, but almots 3% body fat so I am good with that. I know, I know.....I was told my thighs looked smaller the other day, so woot woot for that :)

Hooray! We got a new scale that also gives your body fat. I'm not quite half made up of blubber, but it's damn close.
