TQI Last Week

Triumph!  Everyone lost weight!  I was low man with 1.5 lbs, Cara broke through with 4 lbs. and Katie and Tony each lost 2+. Hooray!

We continue to try new recipes from various paleo cookbooks. Mostly, they've been very good. I just ordered a gluten free baking cookbook from Cooks Illustrated which I'm excited about. But now I can't hate on the gluten free people anymore. What to do?!

love your updates and success. I am finding this is an eating plan that is fairly easy to stick to. Hurrah.
