TQI Week 4

We are doing great!  I don't have a big weight loss to report, but am feeling good with this eating plan. Added dairy in small amounts, otherwise we are sticking with the basic plan. It's a very healthy eating plan and thank god Katie and Tony are good cooks!

Went to the gym for the first time in ages. I'm sure I was the slowest, weakest person there but you have to start somewhere. 20 minutes on the treadmill at very slow speed. Knee was a bit sore but not too bad. I'm determined to get flexibility and strength back to that knee!

I agree with Cara, hip hip hooray. I have been working on my knee and have some great strenghening exercises learned from my trainer. I will put together a small list for you to work on :)
