TQI Last Week

We are still plugging along. Everyone lost a bit last week, except skinny Tony. We are secretly not sad about that, he's killing all of us on the weight loss score. 

We joined the Y, much nicer gym than crappy Oz. I've gone almost every day, mostly still doing recumbent bike for the knee. I think I see a wee bit of leg muscle forming :-)

30 lbs lost is my next goal. About 3 lbs to go!
