TQI Last Week
Triumph! Everyone lost weight! I was low man with 1.5 lbs, Cara broke through with 4 lbs. and Katie and Tony each lost 2+. Hooray!
We continue to try new recipes from various paleo cookbooks. Mostly, they've been very good. I just ordered a gluten free baking cookbook from Cooks Illustrated which I'm excited about. But now I can't hate on the gluten free people anymore. What to do?!

Love This!
Pia brought me some seed packets from Mount Vernon. If I can't move into Martha's bedroom this is the next best thing.

TQI Last Week
I lost about an eyelash worth of weight :-/. But I'm trying to be patient and remember I've lost over 20 pounds so far and am down a couple of sizes. And I feel great.
Tony is the champ, hands down. As guys do, he's lost big -- over 40 pounds! So proud of him, and of all of us for committing to a healthier lifestyle.
I need to get some progress pix. Hopefully we all look smaller!

I Forgot...
that traveling with a small child is not a simple task. You don't just hop in the car and go.
Colie and I went and visited Cara at her office today, then we are taking Pia to the airport. This little trip required that her dad transfer the car seat to my vehicle. That I keep her awake until it was time to go (which caused a huge hissy fit when little Missy did not get her morning hot bottsy until it was time to leave). That I pack her grip with snacks, diapers, wipes, spare binky and the hot bottsy. That I figure out how to buckle her into the damn car seat. And that I carry her everywhere because she is wearing mouse slippers today rather than real shoes.
I miss the good old station wagon days, when we just threw everyone in the way back with some toys and a sleeping bag.

TQI last Week
I lost the 2 lbs plus a smidge more from the previous week, so I'm happy. Others had a gain (skinny mini Tony finally joined the real world of weight management), a loss and a stayed the same.
Gotta work on drinking more water, it's a thing I fail to do.

My Favorite Uniforms
Why is Andorra the nation wearing great Dale of Norway sweaters, and NOT Norway? I don't want to talk about Team USA's patriotic vomit sweaters.

New Pattern
Interweave asked me to design a hat for their Winter Games ebook. It is now available in their store
I'm excited to be part of their Olympics collection! Don't use the O word though, the IOC doesn't like it :-). Here's the link

TQI This Week
I gained, boo! Sore knee led to not much exercise and perhaps a bit too much snacking. Though I didn't eat anything that wasn't TQI approved. Oh well, it's a process.
Everyone else did good to great!
