Finished Socks!

My knitting seems to be in a bit of a lull right now. Need an exciting project (yarngina anyone?). I did finish the socks I am going to give Lorraine for her birthday (a couple of days late for the big day). Her ankles are much skinnier than mine so they should fit her just fine! Why the designer named these "Sequoia" socks is beyond me, my legs are like tree trunks and they don't fit me that's for sure...

Maybe they make your legs look like tall majestic trunks? In theory at least. They are very cute!

Those are very purdy.

Those are adorable and you are hilarious. Knit more beer sweaters! Or something to give away at my 80's prom themed bday party;).

Megs - best theme ever. dude. i did that theme for our "fancy dinner" at Camp last summer and it was a huge hit (even though i don't think those kids were even alive in the 80's which is sad)... :)

do you need glitter scrunchies? Single metallic glove? How about a beer sweater with ginormous shoulder pads?

Can you knit a single metalic glove for our Michael Jackson party (come as your favorite Jackson look...), that would be perfect for a Thriller costume. No date set yet, but I'm determined that we'll do it this year!

they WILL fit if you stretch them a LOT. The yarn I used ain't all that stretchy
