Curses!

I bought Mariners tickets for Katie's birthday, and the three of us gals (make that 4 of us, Lulu came along too) were tootling happily down I-90 on our way to Seattle for the weekend...

when Katie's car started acting weird.  Like we were driving over "corduroy" roads (I-90 is kind of bad through Spokane but not this bad)  We limped into Moses Lake and found the only open garage. 

And they couldn't fix it.  Suggested she needs a new engine :-(

So we limped back home.  No Mariners game, no fun weekend.  Boo.

    We went. It was a blast. But dealing with car problems totally worse than missing the game. Sorry. :-(
