Week 2 Results

I lost 1.4 lbs. Respectable! This week's goal is to cut out the glass(es) of wine. As soon as I finish the bottle I have ;-)

  1. Uh huh. Well I figured out why I stayed the same (probably). Aunt Flo just came for a visit! At least now I understand what happened this week.

  5. Zaide, I almost snorted hot chocolate out my nose when I read that. And don't worry, I am already back at it. I just got my butt kicked by my new personal trainer, Silka. I'm a bit sore right now!

  6. Silka? Wow even reading that name gives me the chills. She? sounds like a real exercize Nazi.

  10. Is her prize hand knit socks? Keep on going girls...duh, the second week is ALWAYS the hardest! And Peeps, although Silka sounds nice, I'm sure he/she is no match for Bobby.

  12. Silka sounds like my guy, Derek. 21 super buff, nazi trainer. I may have to bribe him with cookies next week - my legs are jello - but I think I found an ab . . .

  13. good job, Susna! I have not started exercizing yet, unless chasing 4 boys counts.

  14. She's super tiny, but was an athelete in HS and college, which is perfect for me. She makes me work, and knows I'll tell her if I can't do something (from excess pain, not because I don't want to), or if something isn't light enough. It's always good to have a little extra motivation. I've been wobbly all week Sue. It feels good.
