
I'm not much of a cook anymore (was I ever?) but I am in love with this cookbook! "Jam It, Pickle It, Cure It" by Karen Solomon has the most amazing recipes for stuff and makes it seem easy: marshmallows, butter, cheese, limoncello, crackers and lots more. I'm dreaming about making my own mustard, booze, pickled beans...

So far she has made Limoncello, pickled beans and mustard.
Just this morning my husband - who does all of the cooking- expressed interest in getting this book.
it is a really cool book! I am planning to actually buy it and I never buy cookbooks, only knitting books :-)
