Not so good, I gained 1.2 lbs. Of course, I deserved that since I have been a complete slug all week (though I did go to yoga ONCE, thus should have been rewarded for that effort). I am going to try harder this week! 20 weeks=20 lbs. That's kind of sucky.
the yoga kind of goes hand-in-hand with aerobics imagery . . . not a lot of calories used up if only done once . . . did you ever send my magazine??? is your site back up???
ReplyDeleteyes I think Steve mailed it today. And site will be back up as soon as I get paid so I can pay my bill :-) Also shut up about the yoga, I KNOW I burn lots of calories in an hour. As the only fat person in the class, I should get to lose about 5 lbs per session.
ReplyDeletedont get discouraged. you're doing great!!
ReplyDeleteok - i'll shut up - going to start shake 'n bake soon . . . I always get depressed when warming up on the treadmill and think I am losing LBS - and only burn like 50 calories - but it does make me almost think before I put something in my mouth . . .
ReplyDeletegood girl for getting on the 'mill anyways. You'll have to report back on shake & bake!
ReplyDeleteI've still never done yoga...but sue is right, you have to do it about 42 times a day for 42 days for it to work...or so I've heard. Move over here and you can do 'shake & bake' with the Narode/Falcones. Sue, how is that going?! 20lbs in 20 weeks is great Lavs, don't get discouraged.
