Yay! I lost 1.8 lbs last week! Off the schneid! I'm now down 13 pounds since I started, and I feel just a tad slimmer. Some clothes are starting to feel a bit loose, which is nice. Onward! Next goal: 15 lbs, maybe next week if I work hard...
you aare just the inspiration I need, I am so proud of you. I am trying to ramp up my game (and drop a few) went 15 minutes running on the treadmill today, only thought i was going to die the first 5, than got into a trance.
Nice job Zaide! If you want to mix it up on the treadmill running, I like to listen to my iPod and run for one song, jog for one... It really kicks it up because my body never really gets into a rythym and keeps working for the whole workout.
